Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy

If you have a topic that is very busy for you, which keeps pushing you to its limits, then it is worthwhile to take a closer look at it and, if necessary, to get into more detail with different methods of psychotherapy. For example, I can help you remember past painful experiences and process them. Or we clarify conflictual relationships and consider how you can better behave in stressful situations in the future.

Here, too, after a detailed analysis of your initial situation, expectations and wishes, we agree together on a treatment plan and the number and frequency of hours initially aimed for. We can adapt and regulate these as part of our meetings again and again. For me, the well-being of my clients is paramount. We work together respectfully on equal terms. Nothing happens that the client does not want.
